First Atlantic Health Care is hiring a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support recruitment operations, from sourcing and vetting candidates to maintaining the ATS and partnerships with colleges and career centers.

The role emphasizes proactive candidate outreach, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with the HR team to strengthen the organization's digital presence and employer branding.

Formación

• Proven experience in HR or recruitment.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
• Familiar with job boards, resume databases, and ATS.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and independent, with initiative.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies for various roles.
• Proficient with recruitment systems and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain partnerships with colleges and career centers.
• Source candidates via job boards, resumes, networks, and ATS.
• Review resumes, evaluate against requirements, and coordinate next steps.
• Verify requisitions, conduct reference checks, and coordinate background checks.
• Create engaging job advertisements and recruitment materials.
• Support updates to career pages and professional digital platforms.
