Job summary

The Second Wind Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team.

You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience while gaining hands-on training in healthcare recruiting. Working with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will post openings, manage ATS records, assist with job fairs, and track activity for leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for clinical, counseling, peer support, and administrative roles.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and update candidates throughout the process.
• Post openings on job boards and healthcare sites.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Assist with onboarding by collecting documents and coordinating with HR.
