Rezolute, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator & Scheduler to support Talent Acquisition operations. You will manage complex interview schedules, coordinate high-touch candidate experiences, and ensure seamless logistics throughout the hiring pipeline.

This hybrid contract position requires onsite presence three days per week, working closely with hiring managers, scientific leaders, and the talent acquisition team to uphold a high standard of candidate care.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting coordination or complex scheduling.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare sectors preferred.
• Direct experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Lever preferred.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Outlook/Teams; comfortable with video tools (Zoom).
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation with attention to detail.
• Able to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule high-volume, multi-stage interviews across multiple time zones using Zoom/Teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and status in Lever ATS.
• Serve as primary point of contact for interview logistics and travel arrangements.
• Send calendar invites and provide materials to internal interviewers for timely feedback.
• Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding handoffs.
• Identify scheduling process improvements to boost efficiency.
