Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Recruiting Coordination professional to manage complex interview scheduling, cross‑functional collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers, and data‑driven reporting for executive searches across multiple time zones.

This contract-to-hire role emphasizes precision, confidentiality, and scalable processes; you will design interview scorecards, maintain Workday data, and deliver timely updates to leadership while ensuring a great candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of recruiting coordination or talent acquisition operations experience.
• Proven experience managing complex calendars for senior and executive leaders.
• Strong reporting skills and ability to turn data into clear insights.
• Experience with Workday and scheduling tools; advanced Excel skills; PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Schedule complex, multi-panel interviews for technology and executive roles across time zones.
• Manage interview logistics, including virtual setups, onsite visits, travel and candidate itineraries.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates on scheduling with professional communication.
• Collaborate with executive assistants and senior stakeholders to resolve conflicts and keep searches on track.
• Build and send recruiting reports and dashboards covering pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates and offer acceptance.
• Analyze hiring data to spot bottlenecks and trends and to suggest improvements.
