Job summary

Rezolute is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator & Scheduler to support Talent Acquisition operations at our Redwood City site. This hybrid contract role requires onsite presence three days per week and offers hands-on coordination of high-volume interviews, ATS workflows, and candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers and scientific leaders, manage calendar logistics across time zones using Zoom/Teams, and assist with offer letters and background checks to help move candidates

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruiting coordination or complex executive scheduling.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare sectors preferred.
• Direct, hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems; Lever experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume, multi-stage interviews across time zones using Zoom/Teams and calendar tools.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and update candidate statuses in Lever.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview schedules, travel arrangements, and reimbursements.
• Send calendar invites and materials to internal interviewers to ensure timely feedback.
• Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding logistics.
• Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling workflows and improve TA efficiency.
