Job summary

Rezolute is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator & Scheduler to support Talent Acquisition operations with complex interview scheduling, candidate care, and high-touch experiences. The role collaborates with hiring managers and scientific leaders and represents our employer brand to candidates.

The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence three days per week, and involves coordination across time zones, using Lever and Zoom for a seamless hiring process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, or complex executive scheduling.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare sectors strongly preferred.
• Direct, hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems; Lever experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Outlook/Teams and video conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume, multi-stage interviews across multiple time zones using Zoom/Teams and calendar tools.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and status updates in Lever.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview schedules, travel arrangements, and reimbursement logistics.
• Send calendar invites and materials to internal interviewers to ensure timely feedback.
• Assist with generating offer letters, initiating background checks, and onboarding transitions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling workflows and improve TA efficiency.
