Job summary

Tyson Foods in Springdale, AR is seeking a part-time seasonal Talent Acquisition support to manage professional-level recruiting processes and provide excellent candidate experience. You will partner with the TA Lead, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to execute end-to-end recruitment with an emphasis on scheduling, communication, and process optimization.

The role requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or 1 year HR/administrative/event planning experience)

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or 1 year HR/administrative/event planning experience.
• Strong communication and written skills are required.
• Experience with scheduling and candidate coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling for professional-level candidates across hiring managers and panels.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide timely updates.
• Facilitate background checks and post-offer actions as required.
• Initiate relocation for new hires in line with company policy.
• Perform other duties related to the talent acquisition process as needed.
