Responsibilities

• Recruitment, Selection and Retention Activities.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment and selection process with hiring managers.
• Make job offers and prepare offer packages.
• Develop, recommend and implement HR programs in recruitment and retention.
• Provide guidance to management on recruitment issues and legislation.
• Participate in career and job fairs and support recruitment initiatives.
• Develop, maintain job descriptions and conduct exit interviews.
