Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for senior and technical roles in a regulated field. You will advise hiring managers, create strategic sourcing plans, and build diverse pipelines.

Strong data analysis, compliance, and employer branding skills are essential. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of full-life cycle recruiting (or 9 years with a HS diploma) and experience with ATS/LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 5 years full-life cycle recruiting or equivalent.
• High school diploma with 9 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong consultative, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience using ATS, recruiting tech, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines via proactive sourcing.
• Proven partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organization; can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset; ability to leverage recruiting data to drive decisions.
• Sponsorship is not available.
• Preferred: experience recruiting executive-level talent.
• Preferred: experience supporting workforce planning and talent strategy discussions.
• Preferred: project management experience.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level, technical, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders during the hiring process.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and recruiting initiatives.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.
• Evaluate and select qualified candidates.
• Provide market intelligence on talent, compensation, and trends to guide decisions.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships.
• Promote a positive candidate experience.
• Support employer branding efforts.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruiting practices.
• Deliver effective, cost-conscious talent acquisition solutions.
