Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

• Coordinate recruiting processes and administer them.
• Guide candidates through hiring and close offers.
• Deliver presentations in classrooms or student events.
• Train staff and managers involved in recruitment.
• Interviews and selection support with managers.
• Plan and execute college recruiting program activities.
• Maintain recruitment records and metrics.
• Develop candidate pipelines aligned with open requisitions.
• Participate in committees and special projects.
• Update ATS and paperwork at offer acceptance.
