Job summary

Team 360 Staffing is looking for a Recruiter to support staffing objectives by sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates, and managing relocations and interviews. You will advise managers, build client relationships, and help ensure compliant hiring practices in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include creating job ads, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and supporting interns and relocation processes while maintaining professional standards and diversity commitments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, strong interviewing and recruiting skills.
• Experience recruiting and evaluating candidates; knowledge of employment law and compliance.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is a must.

Responsibilities

• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and discussing needs with managers.
• Builds applicant sources through community services, colleges, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
