Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a Recruiter to support service centers with recruitment, hiring, training and onboarding of candidates. You will travel to centers, fairs, schools and events to build a strong candidate network and align recruiting strategies with goals.

You will screen applications, coordinate interviews, and advance candidates through the hiring process while maintaining communication with hiring managers and center leadership. A detail-oriented team player mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience conducting interviews and reviewing applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Centers with recruitment, hiring, training and onboarding.

• Source candidates via social media, job boards, referrals and agencies; review applications.
