Job summary

ALL Family of Companies in Independence, OH is seeking a Recruiter / HR Specialist to support company-wide talent acquisition. You will partner with branch leaders to identify staffing needs, attract and screen qualified candidates, coordinate the hiring process, and facilitate pre-employment and onboarding activities.

You will maintain recruiting records, assist with compliance reporting (EEO-1, VETS-4212), and support HR initiatives in a casual office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years HR experience, especially recruitment and sourcing.
• 2+ years HRIS experience; UKG Pro and BI/report-writing preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with branch leaders to identify staffing needs and provide recruiting support.
• Develop advertisements, screen applicants, interview, and present candidates.
• Coordinate communications, interviews, and hiring actions with leaders.
• Prepare offers and pre-employment checks; support onboarding in HRIS.
• Maintain recruiting records and assist with compliance reporting (EEO-1, VETS-4212).
• Support HR team with reports, employee communications, and projects.
