Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates for temporary, temporary-hire, and direct-hire roles across a variety of client needs. The role emphasizes building pipelines, delivering excellent service to clients and candidates, and developing new business relationships.

You will manage recruitment activities, conduct behavioral interviews, coach candidates, and maintain data in the ATS while collaborating with branch leadership to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS Experience.
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities requirements: communication, relationship-building, troubleshooting, adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: attend to all candidates entering the branch, provide information about PDS, offers, and training.
• Recruiting: establish recruitment plan, qualify candidates, conduct behavioral interviews.
• Retention: build relationships with candidates and clients, ensure retention.
• Sales: knowledge of Adecco Group services, price and sell offerings.
• Financials: monitor branch gross margin and related metrics.
