Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-hire, and direct hire job orders. You will build a candidate pipeline, provide excellent client and candidate service, and develop new business while maintaining relationships with current clients and candidates.

Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, screening, and coordinating with client branches; managing ATS data, and assisting with resume and interview preparation.

Qualifications

• One plus years of recruiting experience (staffing industry preferred).
• ATS experience required or preferred.
• Knowledge of job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates entering the branch in person or online and guiding them about PDS, job guidance and training programs.
• Manage digital tools to monitor selection processes and register candidate status.
• Develop local recruiting relationships and grass-roots recruiting plans; coordinate events.
