Job summary

The Adecco Group is looking for a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary and direct hire needs. You will build a strong candidate pipeline, service clients with high-quality support, and help grow the business by nurturing relationships with current clients and expanding opportunities.

You'll engage with candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with branch teams to ensure successful placements, while leveraging ATS and job boards to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS Experience.
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, temporary hire and/or direct hire job orders.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline addressing client needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
• Develop new business and maintain relationships with current clients.
