Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a recruiter to source and place talent for temporary, contract, and direct-hire roles across a range of clients. You will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate with branch teams, and provide coaching to candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.

You will leverage ATS and job boards, conduct behavioral interviews, and help build strong relationships with local businesses while growing the branch’s presence in the market.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience, preferably in Staffing.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Manage recruiting events and local relationships.
• Qualify candidates and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS and CRM systems.
• Develop new business and maintain client relationships.
