Job summary

Atlantic Emergency Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to manage candidates through the hiring process and build strong candidate pipelines. The role requires collaboration with hiring managers, proactive sourcing, and travel to career fairs and events in support of multiple locations.

The successful candidate will communicate effectively, manage multiple openings, and ensure timely progress from application to onboarding while adhering to employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates through recruiting, interview, offer, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain consistent candidate communication.
• Respond to recruiting calls and candidate questions.
• Monitor open positions and adjust recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source candidates via Indeed, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Develop talent pipelines and maintain relationships with qualified candidates.
• Build recruiting relationships with schools, workforce organizations, military programs, career centers, and community resources.
• Attend career fairs and recruiting events; travel to support difficult-to-fill locations.
• Research local job markets and identify new recruiting resources.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and recruiting activity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
