Job summary

Atlantic Emergency Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to help find and hire talent for first responders, managing candidates through the full process from sourcing to onboarding. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers, communicating with applicants, and actively sourcing through job boards and networks.

The position is in-office in Yorktown, VA, with travel to career fairs and events as needed. A high school diploma is required, with college preferred; Paylocity ATS and Indeed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Experience with ATS (Paylocity) and recruiting platforms such as Indeed.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates through recruiting, interview, offer and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain consistent candidate communication.
• Respond to recruiting calls and candidate questions.
• Monitor open positions and adjust recruiting strategies as needed.
• Proactively source candidates via Indeed, job boards, social media and referrals.
• Develop talent pipelines and maintain relationships with qualified candidates.
