The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, the ability to learn new software, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment from sourcing to placement of candidates.
• Interview, qualify, verify references, and assess applicants against job requirements.
• Create a client base through cold calls and face-to-face meetings.
• Develop relationships with colleges and universities and coordinate sessions.
• Plan information sessions and participate in career fairs with schools.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to meet customer demands.
• Stay informed on industry trends, salary rates, and competitor compensation.
• Identify skill needs, determine salary ranges, and negotiate offers.
