Job Summary:

As an Employment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by attracting top talent, fostering client relationships, and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates. This position combines recruiting expertise, inside sales strategies, and staffing solutions to meet the dynamic needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and techniques.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Match candidates to client needs by evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct onboarding processes and ensure candidates are prepared for assignments.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and client visits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Achieve sales goals by effectively promoting our services and negotiating contracts.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Staffing:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce needs and develop effective staffing strategies.
• Coordinate the placement of qualified candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles.
• Monitor job performance and client satisfaction throughout the assignment.
• Manage a database of client and candidate information to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales/recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
