The Dental Provider Network Contractor/Network Recruiter develops the provider network (dentists, ancillary groups & facilities, etc.) to yield a geographically competitive, broad access, stable network that achieves objectives for unit cost performance and trend management, producing an affordable and predictable product for customers and business partners. Responsibilities include evaluating and negotiating contracts in compliance with company standards, reimbursement structures, and process controls. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with dentists, ancillary groups, facilities, and providers, ensuring appropriate provider distribution.

The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually, based on full-time employment. Compensation considers factors such as local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group complies with all applicable minimum wage laws. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, stock purchase options, and a 401k plan. Benefits are subject to eligibility.
