The Dental Provider Network Contractor/Network Recruiter develops and maintains a broad, geographically competitive provider network, including dentists, ancillary groups, and facilities. Responsibilities include evaluating and negotiating contracts in compliance with company standards, and establishing strong relationships with providers to ensure a balanced network.

This role offers flexibility for candidates within Georgia to work remotely and involves responsibilities such as:

• Identifying, recruiting, negotiating, and contracting dental providers within designated geographic areas to meet network needs
• Expanding existing EPO, PPO, and Discount networks in Georgia, with potential involvement in Medicare Advantage and Medicaid markets
• Maintaining accurate provider database documentation and ensuring timely submissions
• Organizing work effectively to meet deadlines
• Providing expert explanations and information to colleagues and providers

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of provider relations or network contracting experience
• Dental office experience
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare
• Strong sales presentation skills in high-pressure environments
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
• Travel availability up to 30%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator or Dental Office Manager, administering multiple plan types
• Knowledge of the dental industry and reimbursement methodologies such as DHMO, PPO, and Medicare/Medicaid
• Experience with Salesforce
• Adherence to telecommuting policies for remote employees

The salary range is $59,500 to $116,600 annually, based on factors like experience, education, and location. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, incentive programs, stock options, and 401(k).
