Central Valley Regional Center (CVRC) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization. The role partners with hiring managers to fill high-volume positions while ensuring compliant, mission-driven hiring practices in a non-profit environment.

The ideal candidate has experience with ATS, recruitment platforms, and a data-driven approach to improve candidate experiences, pipelines, and onboarding in Fresno, CA.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, or related field with minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment, OR
• High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruitment including workforce planning, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding coordination, and integration.
• Partners with hiring managers to establish recruitment priorities and realistic timelines.
