Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field with 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration with managers.

Responsibilities

• Manages all phases of the full-cycle recruitment process including planning, postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to set priorities, timelines and position requirements.
• Coordinate high-volume interviews, events, panels and recruitment campaigns.
• Develop recruitment plans and talent pipelines through diverse channels and partnerships.
• Maintain candidate records, reports, and analytics to improve hiring effectiveness.
