Job summary

Granum is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to build real sourcing capability in house. You will own recurring, high-volume searches (SDR, Onboarding, and Support) from first outreach through offer, and develop a bench of strong candidates for rapid hiring.

You’ll report to the VP, People & Culture, partnering with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to grow a scalable talent function. You’ll act as our ambassador to the talent market, attracting applicants who share Granum's mission and green

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting or sourcing candidates in a fast moving environment.
• Comfortable owning a high volume, recurring workload without losing attention to detail on any single search.
• Confident running outbound outreach and cold conversations, making candidates feel genuinely wanted.
• Organized enough to keep a bench of candidates warm over months.
• Familiarity with an ATS; Greenhouse is a plus; a sourcing tool like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Interest in AI and leveraging the latest technologies for recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Granum's ambassador to the talent market and reflect our mission, culture, and commitment to the green industry in ways that attract people who want to be here.
• Own full cycle recruiting for SDR, Onboarding, and Support roles: source, screen, and close candidates end to end.
• Build and maintain a bench of warm candidates for these roles to move quickly when a req opens.
• Source proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and Granum's top performers' networks.
• Keep candidate pipeline data current in Greenhouse so no one falls through the cracks.
• Balance business needs with candidate experience.
• Take on other duties as needed to support the team and candidates.
