Job summary

Granum is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to build in-house sourcing capability and own high-volume searches from outreach through offer. You will partner with our VP, People & Culture, and collaborate with a Talent Acquisition Specialist to create a robust talent bench for SDR, Onboarding, and Support roles.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting or sourcing candidates in a fast moving environment.
• Comfortable owning a high volume, recurring workload without losing attention to detail on any single search.
• Confident running outbound outreach and cold conversations, making candidates feel genuinely wanted.
• Organized enough to keep a bench of candidates warm over months.
• Familiarity with an ATS; Greenhouse is a plus, and a sourcing tool like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Interest in AI and leveraging the latest technologies for optimal recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Granum's ambassador to the talent market; reflect our mission, culture, and green industry focus.
• Own full cycle recruiting for SDR, Onboarding, and Support roles: source, screen, and close candidates end to end.
• Build and maintain a bench of warm candidates for these roles to move quickly on new openings.
• Source proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, your network, and Granum’s top performers’ networks.
• Keep candidate pipeline data current in Greenhouse so no one falls through the cracks.
• Balance business needs with candidate experience and take on other duties as needed.
