Job summary

Granum is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate (Junior to Intermediate) to build in-house sourcing capability. You will own high-volume searches for SDR, Onboarding, and Support from first outreach through offer, and develop a robust candidate bench to move quickly on new requisitions.

Work alongside our Talent Acquisition Specialist and report to the VP, People & Culture. You will be Granum's ambassador in the talent market, reflecting our mission and commitment to the green industry while

Qualifications

Experience recruiting in a fast-moving environment.
High-volume, recurring workload management.
Familiarity with an ATS; Greenhouse a plus; LinkedIn Recruiter.
Interest in AI and using new tech for recruiting.
Experience recruiting for SDR, Support, or other high-volume roles.

Responsibilities

Own recurring, high-volume searches (SDR, Onboarding, Support) from outreach to offer.
Build and maintain a bench of strong candidates for rapid requisition cycles.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialist and VP, People & Culture.
Represent Granum to the talent market, reflecting its mission and values.
Keep candidate pipeline data current in Greenhouse and drive end-to-end recruitment.
Source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter and networks; balance business needs with candidate experience.
