Job summary

Spectra360 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Edison, NJ to lead high-volume recruiting in Light Industrial, Manufacturing, and Transportation sectors. You will source, interview, and build strong candidate pipelines to meet client needs and drive onboarding and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, or Logistics recruiting experience preferred
• Strong sourcing, communication, and phone skills
• Excellent organization and a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Comfortable learning new technology and recruiting systems

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and screen candidates for high-volume Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Distribution, and Transportation positions
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews and assess candidates for job fit
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and present qualified candidates
• Manage onboarding, employment documentation, reference checks, and compliance requirements
• Support DOT requirements when recruiting commercial drivers
• Assist with weekly timecard collection and payroll accuracy
• Maintain accurate ATS records and meet established recruiting KPIs
