Job summary

ESPEC North America, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to join the Human Resources Department in a hybrid schedule (Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM). The Recruiter will own the full-cycle recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, and help drive workforce planning and employer branding for ESPEC North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent education and relevant recruiting experience may be considered.
• Three (3) or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Meet with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, required qualifications, and hiring timelines.
• Create and post job advertisements on approved recruiting platforms.
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and educational partnerships.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to determine qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and extend employment offers within guidelines; maintain candidate communication.
