Sciens Building Solutions LLC is seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our Northeast recruiting efforts. You will manage day-to-day recruiting activities and partner with hiring managers to design processes that attract top talent across divisions.

The role requires strong networking, ownership of recruiting processes, and the ability to build trust with internal teams and candidates. Travel to events may be required, with a focus on compliant, candidate-centered hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of recruiting experience with success building partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Spanish bilingual capability is a plus.
• Experience hosting career fairs and building talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using diverse search methods to build a pipeline.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and manage interviews.
• Own candidate experience: postings, descriptions, and requirements.
• Advise on onboarding and new-hire process efficiency.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and People & Culture during offers.
