Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in professional level recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for government contracting is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and support hybrid office work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source both active and passive candidates to build pipelines.
• Screen and evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews, and communicate feedback.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Marketing and universities to expand reach and diversity.
• Utilize ATS and analytics to report on recruiting program effectiveness.
