Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting professional, technical, or specialized positions within construction, development, engineering, real estate, infrastructure, or related environment.
• Strong direct sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Development, Construction/Project Management, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Investments, Procurement, Corporate Operations, and Executive Leadership.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Lead offer discussions and negotiations in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
• Maintain staffing plans and align recruiting activity with headcount and budgets.
• Use recruiting analytics to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, employer brand, and use of Workday Recruiting.
