Job summary

Unit8 is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to run recruiting end-to-end, from intake with a hiring manager to the day someone signs. You’ll build our talent network in new markets as we expand in the US, directly reaching candidates and collaborating with hiring teams to define requirements and success metrics.

You’ll use direct outreach, leverage AI tools where appropriate, and prioritize clear, evidence-based decisions. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technology or consulting roles end-to-end.
• Direct approach to talent via LinkedIn Recruiter or personal network.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and problems to solve.
• Judgment based on demonstrated results and candidates' shown work.
• Curiosity about AI; willing to explore recruiting agents.
• Clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Run searches from intake to signed offer; select candidates with clear rationale.
• Build presence in new markets; expand talent network beyond immediate applicants.
• Set up searches with hiring managers and interviewers to define success criteria.
• Pilot AI tools to reduce repetitive work and focus on substantive conversations.
