Job summary

Unit8 in the United States is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruiting for our US expansion. You will build a broad candidate network, work directly with hiring managers, and shape how we hire in new markets.

You should recruit for technology or consulting roles, excel at direct outreach, and bring practical judgment to candidate evaluation. Strong English communication and curiosity about AI will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technology or consulting roles from intake to closing.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and networking.
• Able to work with hiring managers to define needs and problems.

Responsibilities

• Run searches from the first intake call to a signed offer; decide who gets interviewed and bring candidates with clear reasoning.
• Build our presence in new markets by reaching out directly, building relationships, and growing a talent network.
• Set up each search with the hiring manager, align with technical interviewers to define what a good answer looks like, and share learnings for next searches.
• Cut out repetitive work; explore AI tools and focus on talking to people rather than taking notes.
