Job summary

HR Additions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume hiring across multiple locations. This role covers full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades, field service, technician, apprenticeship, sales, and operations roles in a fast-paced environment.

The position is located in Irving, TX (Hybrid) with 3 days in the office and 2 remote. The contract term is 3 months with potential for permanent placement for the right candidate, offering compensation around $80,000+

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting skilled trades, field service, technicians, apprentices, sales or operations.
• Experience supporting high-volume and multi-location hiring initiatives.
• Strong sourcing, pipeline-building, and networking skills.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting metrics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for service technicians, installers, apprentices, field service, sales, and operational roles.
• Develop talent pipelines through trade schools, apprenticeship programs, military transition programs, referrals, networking, and proactive sourcing.
• Partner with hiring managers to evaluate qualifications, certifications, licensing requirements, and fit.
• Source, screen, schedule, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage offers through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.
• Support additional recruiting needs as business priorities evolve.
