Job summary

Meriton is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades and related roles across multiple operating companies in Irving, Texas. You will partner with hiring managers to prioritize needs, build sustainable pipelines, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across skilled trades, field service, technician and sales roles.
• Ability to build talent pipelines through schools, apprenticeship programs, military transition programs, and partnerships.
• Experience managing a diverse requisition portfolio and adapting strategies for trades, sales, operations.
• Proficiency with recruiting metrics and strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns full-cycle recruiting for assigned Operating Companies across skilled trades and other roles.
• Source, screen, schedule candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Extend offers within approved parameters and manage onboarding handoff.
• Maintain accurate req and candidate status in ATS.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and keep managers informed on pipeline status.
