T3 Services Group in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced HR/Recruiting Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment across our trades-focused teams. This role blends on-site collaboration with occasional remote work, and you’ll partner with hiring managers to deliver a top-notch candidate experience while building a robust talent pipeline.

You will source passive candidates, manage ad spend within budgets, attend job fairs, and support onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience using an ATS for end-to-end recruitment.
• Ability to work on-site as needed.
• Strong candidate experience and pipeline building.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting for multiple roles.
