Raymond Storage Concepts is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner in Cincinnati, OH to own full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles across trades, operations, sales, administration, and leadership. You will partner with hiring managers to define success, build talent pipelines, and lead sourcing through onboarding.

The role requires managing multiple openings, using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, and traveling to branch locations as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer management, and pre-employment coordination.
• Experience managing multiple open positions across different job functions and organizational levels.
• Proven experience sourcing for hard-to-fill, specialized, or niche positions.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, compliant interviewing practices, and EEO principles.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar recruiting platforms.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to occasionally travel to our branch locations in Columbus, Ohio and Louisville, Kentucky.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding transitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand teams and hiring needs.
• Recruit across trades, operations, sales, corporate, administrative, technical, and leadership roles.
• Get creative with sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other resources.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, assessments, and evaluations.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process and provide a positive experience.
• Provide hiring managers with recruiting guidance and labor market insights.
• Represent Raymond Storage Concepts at job fairs and events.
• Build relationships with colleges, universities, trade schools, and community partners.
• Use recruiting metrics and market information to identify opportunities and improve strategies.
• Help improve recruiting processes, interview tools, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices.
• Partner with People Operations, Operations, Safety, Administration, Sales and other teams to onboard new hires.
