Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts in Cincinnati is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across a wide range of roles, partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership to understand team needs and success criteria.

You will build proactive talent pipelines, conduct screens and interviews, manage offers and onboarding, and continuously improve our candidate experience while ensuring compliance and market awareness.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across diverse roles.
• Experience managing multiple openings across functions and levels.
• Proven ability to source for hard-to-fill, specialized roles.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and leaders.
• Knowledge of employment laws, compliant interviewing, and EEO principles.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms.
• Valid driver’s license with occasional travel to Columbus, OH and Louisville, KY.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and success criteria.
• Source across skilled trades, operations, sales, corporate, admin, technical, and leadership roles.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
• Provide guidance and updates to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Attend job fairs and community outreach to build talent networks.
