Raymond Storage Concepts in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full hiring process across a wide range of roles. You will partner with managers, source creatively, and manage candidate delivery from sourcing through onboarding, ensuring a strong candidate experience.

You will collaborate with various teams, use data to drive decisions, and travel occasionally to branch locations in Columbus, OH and Louisville, KY as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
• Experience sourcing for hard-to-fill, niche roles.
• Proven partnership with hiring managers and leaders.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliant interviewing.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing platforms.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offers and onboarding.
• Partner with managers to understand teams and success metrics.
• Recruit across trades, operations, corporate, sales, and leadership.
• Creative sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and networking.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct screens, interviews, assessments, and evaluations.
• Provide hiring managers with guidance and market insights.
• Represent the company at fairs and events; build community partnerships.
