Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS; Workday preferred.
• Experience using sourcing channels such as social media, job boards and networks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles.
• Develop recruitment strategies with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and run background checks.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and maintain candidate communications.
• Advise on market data, compensation guidance, and best practices for hiring.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain candidate status in Workday and collaborate with HR teams.
