Job summary

ARCO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Cincinnati (Blue Ash) team. You will lead full-cycle recruiting across offices, engage top talent, and partner with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently.

Qualifications

5-10+ years' experience recruiting for construction, engineering or architecture required
Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and leadership
In-office position; ability to work on-site in Cincinnati area

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting across assigned offices, regions, and divisions, including sourcing passive talent, conducting outreach, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through the interview and offer process
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders through transparency, responsiveness, and follow-through
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing efforts for assigned roles
Coordinate with Onboarding team to ensure complete background check before transitioning candidate to HR team
Contribute to special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives that support team and business goals
