Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a six-month contract in the Greater Dallas, TX area. The role is hybrid, supporting commercial, sales, and services hiring within a SaaS and technology environment.

You will work with recruiters and hiring managers to move candidates through sourcing to offer, maintain records in the ATS, and coordinate interview logistics, ensuring accurate and timely communication throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of recruiting coordination or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for commercial, sales, or services roles in SaaS or tech.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and candidate communications.
• Experience using an ATS and maintaining recruiting records with Workday/Greenhouse/Fieldglass.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters and hiring managers with candidate scheduling and interview logistics.
• Source candidates for commercial, sales, and services roles in SaaS/tech.
• Maintain job postings, candidate records, and interview schedules in the ATS.
• Run sourcing outreach and pipeline-building activities using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Keep candidates informed with timely and professional communication throughout the process.
• Provide administrative and reporting support to the recruiting team.
• Partner with recruiters on offer coordination and onboarding handoffs.
