Qualifications

• Experience using an ATS and maintaining recruiting records with Workday/Greenhouse/Fieldglass.

Hudson Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in networking and telecommunications technology for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support commercial, sales, and services hiring within a SaaS and technology environment.

This is a six-month contract engagement based in the Greater Dallas, TX area, working a hybrid schedule alongside the internal recruiting and hiring teams. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep candidates moving smoothly through the process, from sourcing through offer.

What You Will Actually Do

• Support recruiters and hiring managers with candidate scheduling, interview logistics, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Source candidates for commercial, sales, and services roles, including positions supporting go-to-market, customer success, account management, implementation, and professional services teams.
• Maintain job postings, candidate records, interview schedules, and status updates in the applicant tracking system.
• Run sourcing outreach and pipeline-building activity using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal databases, with a focus on candidates in SaaS, software, and broader technology environments.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged with timely, professional communication throughout the interview process.
• Track recruiting activity, scheduling progress, and pipeline status, and provide administrative and reporting support to the recruiting team.
• Partner with recruiters on offer coordination, onboarding handoffs, and other recruiting process steps as needed.

What You Bring

• 4 to 5 years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for commercial, sales, or services-type roles, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and candidate communications at once.
• Experience using an ATS and maintaining accurate recruiting records and scheduling details, such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Fieldglass.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the Greater Dallas, TX area.
