Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Craft High-Volume Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic recruiting for craft and project support roles across nationwide renewable energy projects. You will partner with project leadership, HR, and operations to build workforce plans and manage end-to-end recruitment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting, strong consultative skills, and experience with high-volume sourcing and workforce analytics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting and workforce planning preferred.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for craft and project support roles on renewable energy projects.
