Job summary

Hensel Phelps is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) to support region-specific recruiting and programs. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager and partners with the TA team and Corporate HR to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

The TAC will assist in campus programs, manage large volumes of candidate data, and help establish the company as an employer of choice in the TA process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational leadership, business administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong observational and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook.
• Knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reviews resumes, conducts phone interviews, and communicates with candidates daily.
• Collaborates with TADM, TA team, and Corporate HR to support recruitment experience.
• Coordinates and tracks applicant data with attention to detail.
• Supports campus recruitment and a large summer internship program.
• Supports regional efforts to position Hensel Phelps as an employer of choice in TA.
