The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) will report to the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager (TADM). This position supports all Region‑specific talent acquisition efforts. The TAC will support the sourcing the best available, qualified talent for current and future business requirements, including supporting the development, coordination, and maintenance of Regioanal talent acquisition/recruiting processes and programs.
Light Work. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in human resources, organizational leadership, business administration, business management, or similar field of study.
3 years job‑related experience as a talent acquisition or recruiting professionalor combination of equivalent education and experience and/or combination of equivalent education and experience.
