Job summary

Caliber is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support multiple markets by networking, sourcing, and screening applicants for center-level roles. You will coordinate hiring, manage the offer process, and ensure compliance with Caliber’s policies.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 0–2 years of recruiting experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel may be required as part of in-market recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 0-2 years of Recruiting and/or HR experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Familiar with ATS/CRM systems; Workday and Phenom highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic recruiting plans.
• Communicates KPI alignment and process updates with TA Managers.
• Reviews resumes, screens candidates, and coordinates hiring process.
• Manages offer process and onboarding handoffs.
• Maintains candidate data in ATS and generates related reports.
