Job summary

ABB in the United States is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to optimize end-to-end recruitment for the US Energy Industries Automation division. You will partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to source, engage, and pre-screen candidates, building a strong pipeline and improving candidate experience.

The role supports a hybrid/onsite/remote work model and reports to the US Talent Acquisition Team Lead, offering growth opportunities in a global engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 5+ years HR experience in a global organization or RPO.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with full lifecycle recruiting including brief, sourcing plans, outreach and closing.
• Proven success with various recruiting strategies and digital/social media.
• Strategic mindset and understanding of Talent Acquisition trends in a HUB.
• Strong end-to-end process thinking and change-management experience.
• Experience using recruitment platforms and sourcing tools to manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition for assigned requisitions and advise business hiring managers.
• Partner with HR leadership to address pipeline and candidate experience issues.
• Utilize recruitment systems to support TA functions and branding.
• Develop and implement recruitment programs in sourcing, talent attraction and branding.
